Me:
Originally from South Carolina, most recently, I am a creative director, designer, and copywriter working in New York City. I began my career much like everyone else as a junior designer, and branched into the fields of copywriting and strategy on my way to other opportunities. My roles have included creative director for major fashion houses, as well as agencies in New York, California, and France. In addition to creative roles, I have served as a social media content strategist, and project manager. One of my current loves, is serving as Marketing Director of a global theatre company with upcoming productions in London, and New York.
My work is designed to incorporate strategy and analytics with visual dynamics to solve clients’ needs. The rubric that defines my success is brand growth and fiscal success in each project. To put it simply, I hope to have a problem-solving visually successful piece of powerful design that is sustainable and contributes to a wise and informed worldview.
One of my ongoing beliefs is that my work and my life are better when I am better educated. With that in mind, I have worked diligently to stay educated through both university and corporate education opportunities.

When I am not working on design projects, my other interests include sculpture and ceramics, flying hot air balloons, and studying the history and architecture of New York City. I also try to stay true to my roots and creativity by cooking great Southern food. Currently, one of my most rewarding experiences is working in the pediatric oncology program a friend and I designed at a local hospital.
